Objectives

• Prepare coordinated shop drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP components as required by the main contractor.
• Develop and maintain a fully coordinated BIM model reflecting current construction documentation and design intent.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues between different building systems through BIM clash detection.
• Support the main contractor’s construction planning by providing timely and accurate technical documentation.
• Ensure all shop drawings and BIM outputs conform to Four Seasons brand standards and project specifications.

Methodology

Shop drawings are prepared using AutoCAD and Revit platforms, with all outputs reviewed against the issued-for-construction architect drawings and project specifications. BIM modeling is conducted in accordance with the project’s BIM Execution Plan, using Autodesk Revit as the primary authoring tool. Navisworks is employed for model federation, clash detection, and coordination reviews. Regular coordination meetings with the main contractor, subcontractors, and design team ensure that documentation remains current with construction progress.
