Objectives

• Develop full engineering design packages including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Obtain all necessary regulatory approvals and building permits for the hotel development.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Deliver the completed hotel within the approved program and budget parameters.

Methodology

The design was developed through iterative consultation with Boujeetel Hospitality Services Company, progressing through concept, schematic, design development, and final design stages. Hotel design benchmarks specific to the Madinah market were established at the outset. All engineering designs are coordinated through BIM to minimize on-site conflicts. Construction supervision protocols include regular site inspections, quality control testing, and progress reporting.
