Objectives
- Supervise all construction activities for the three TVTC Technical Training Institute buildings to ensure conformance with approved designs and specifications.
- Ensure the quality and functionality of specialized technical facilities including workshops, laboratories, and vocational training spaces.
- Maintain oversight of complex MEP installations required for technical training environments.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate between TVTC, contractors, and specialist subcontractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of all three facilities to enable TVTC’s training programs to commence as planned.
Methodology
Supervision was carried out by teams with specific expertise in educational and technical facility construction. Special attention was given to the supervision of workshop floors, laboratory installations, electrical load-bearing systems for technical equipment, and ventilation systems for vocational training spaces. TVTC’s operational requirements were continuously referenced throughout construction to ensure spaces were being built as intended for their specialized uses.
