Objectives

• Develop a unique interior concept and brand-aligned spatial identity for Bunrica that differentiates it within Riyadh’s premium café market.
• Design functional zones including a barista bar, seating areas, service counter, and back-of-house facilities that optimize customer flow and operational efficiency.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture that communicate quality, warmth, and modern Saudi café culture.
• Prepare full construction documentation and obtain necessary municipal permits for the fit-out.
• Supervise all construction and fit-out works to ensure delivery in line with design intent, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

Methodology

The design process began with a thorough brief from the client covering brand vision, target customer profile, and operational requirements. Concept design directions were explored and presented, leading to a refined interior scheme developed through design development and technical documentation stages. BIM coordination was used to align joinery, MEP, and finishing works. Construction supervision was carried out with regular site inspections, contractor coordination meetings, and quality control sign-offs at each key stage of the fit-out.
